Do you aquarium?
I have had aquariums since I was 10 or so. This means I have probably killed every brand of tropical fish you can name in your comments. Try me.
Anyhow, I have had this 55 gallon sitting empty and crusty for quite a while but decided to clean it out. Maybe make a live-bearer community tank for the girls.
I like to let the filter and chemicals sort themselves over a number of weeks before adding fish. Just ends up being an exercise in patience and the reward is less money spent on mistakes. So, you may see the lone Sword Tail (https://m.liveaquaria.com/category/1102/swordtails?c=830+1102) in this barren tank but he is like the budgie in the mineshaft.
The plan is to have all of those live plants reset and flourish a bit, build a bit of algae for some cleaners, and pick the right fish.
I will try and post pics at varying stages and hopefully this aquarium will come alive on the blockchain.

That aquarium looks so awesome! I remember my mom used to design her aquariums like that until we had a hard time cleaning the tank haha. Thanks for sharing this with us! Have a great day

It will look a lot better when there are colourful fish swimming around in it. In the meantime, I get to watch the live plants flourish a little which is a part I love too.
