في أول درس في التشريح لطلبة الطب، طبيب بروفسور سنه أولى طب، كان يشرح لهم الدرس ويركز على أساسيات التشريح والجراحة
قال البروفيسور للطلاب: إن أهم شيء في التشريح عدم الرهبة . وثانيا وهو الأهم التركيز ثم التركيز. ثم وضع أصبعه الصغير في أنف الجثة وقام بمصه أمام الطلاب وهم في حالة قرف وذهول! وقال لهم: الاآن من يملك الجرأه ليفعل مثلي؟ ترددوا ثم أخذوا يقلدونه واحدا تلو الاّخر!!
وقال لهم البروفيسور: هكذا تفوقتم في الدرس الأول وهو الإصرار وعدم الرهبة، لكنكم فشلتم في الدرس الثاني وهو التركيز لأنكم بطبيعة الحال لم تلاحظوا أنني غيرت أصبعي الذي أدخلته في أنف الجثة ولعقت الأصبع الآخر.
