I sat with some friends yesterday and one of them works in a farm in Agadir, what he told us about what is happening there to the female workers of sexual harassment and extortion and I am ashamed to tell it in detail as I heard from my friend.

What is important is that their stories differ from one another, but what is in common is the search for a halal living. They are forced by different circumstances to work in agriculture field, instead of selling their bodies by installments. However, some are divorced and others orphans without a family. They were raped and left their homes for fear of shame and so many other stories.

Their circumstances have thrown them into the hands of merciless wolves whose aim is to satisfy their sexual desires, and in some cases they threaten them by losing their work, if they have not succumbed to their desires. Some of them use their position in the farm and harass the workers by increasing their salaries or improve their situation. This is a lie and a slander.

The situation of female agricultural workers was and still tragic and inhuman where the labor code conditions was not respected, as well as low wages and risking their lives with pesticides, most of which cause cancer.

جلست مع بعض الأصدقاء البارحة و أحدهم يشتغل بأحد الضيعات الفلاحية بمدينة أكادير،ما رواه لنا عما يقع هناك للعاملات من تحرش جنسي و ابتزاز يندى له الجبين و أستحيي أن أسرده بتفاصيله كما سمعته من صديقي.

المهم، تختلف قصصهن و الهدف واحد،البحث عن لقمة العيش الحلال، دفعتهن الظروف باختلافها للاشتغال بالضيعات الفلاحية عوض بيع أجسادهن بالتقسيط ولكن هيهات، منهن المطلقة و اليتيمة بدون عائل منهن من اغتصبت و هربت من بيتها خوفا من العار و العديد من القصص.

ظروفهن رمتهن بين أيدي ذئاب لا ترحم هدفها إشباع رغباتها الجنسية وفي بعض الأحيان التهديد بفقدان العمل إذ لم ترضخ لرغباته،ومنهم من يستغل وضعه في الضيعة ويتحرش بهن على أن يزيد من رواتبهن أو يحسن وضعيتهن والذي هو كذب و افتراء فقط يبحث عن وسيلة للوصول إلى مبتغاه.

كانت ولازالت وضعية العاملات الزراعيات مأساوية و لا إنسانية وظروف لا تحترم فيها مدونة الشغل زد على ذلك تدني الأجور،والمخاطرة بحياتهن وسط مبيدات حشرية أغلبها يسبب السرطان.
