بَـائِـعُ الـبُـرتُـقَـال
انتصب بائع برتقال على قارعة الطريق يبيع ثماره ، فمرت بقربه عجوز وسألته إن كانت هذه الثمار المعروضة للبيع حامضة ؟
ظن البائع أن العجوز لا تأكل البرتقال الحامض ، فرد عليها مسرعا :
"-لا . هذا برتقال حلو . كم يلزمك يا سيدتي ؟"
"-ولا حبة واحدة . أنا أرغب في شراء البرتقال الحامض ، فكنتي حامل وهي تهوى أكل ذاك الصنف من البرتقال .."
ها قد خسر البائع الصفقة .
بعد وقت طويل ، اقتربت منه امرأة حامل ، وسألته :
"-هل هذا البرتقال حامض يا سيدي ؟"
وبما أن المرأة حامل ، فإن الإجابة كانت على طرف لسان التاجر :
"-نعم . هو حامض يا سيدتي . كم كيلوغرام تريدين ؟"
"-ليست لي رغبة في هذا البرتقال ، فحماتي تحبذ البرتقال الحلو وتمقت البرتقال الحامض !"
ها هو التاجر يخسر مرة ثانية الصفقة ...
