Kathina Celebration 卡提那庆典
很多人都知道佛教节日最盛大为卫赛节，这一天在新马都是公假；而其实除了卫赛节，佛教节日还有一个卡提那庆典 Kathina，是鲜少有人知道，包括佛教徒本身，因为这节日较多是南传佛教如泰国缅甸斯里兰卡庆祝的。
卡提那是巴利文“Kathina”的音译 ，是僧团经历了三个月雨季节安居的密集修行后所进行的一个和乐清净之聚会。
笨珍郊外有一座南传佛教的禅修院，叫做笨珍法光禅修林，之前去了那里礼佛，才知道有卡提那庆典这个节日。今年记下了这一个日子，势必要参与看看。
还记得之前参与类似的供僧活动，是在佛教国家寮国/老挝的龙坡邦/琅勃拉邦背包游的时候，那里每一天清晨，僧侣都会在大街上列队接受大众的供养；而游客也可以买些糯米跟随寮国人，拨一点糯米入僧侣的钵内。
我们早上7时许抵达现场，僧侣团待会儿托钵路线都是信众卡位的供品，我们好不容易挤出一个容身之处给我们自己。
一旁有个美食区，都是商家大家自己发心免费提供食物给到来的信众。
由于南传佛教其实并没规定一定得持素，所以美食区就好像平日的美食市集一样，各族美食琳琅满目。只是我个人觉得在佛寺里飘着烤沙爹的味道有点不习惯。
处理好供养品后，距离托钵化缘的时间8点15分还有点时间，就沿着长长的人龙往前去探索，原来远比我们早到的人们是那么多。
在托钵正式开始之前，今年的大功德主家庭会搀扶着这个花圈绕场一圈，让大家祈福随喜。
不久后托钵仪式就正式开始了，僧侣团一众三十多人从他们的宿舍那里开始，接受信徒们的祝福。
这感觉真像在寮国那里每天早上上演的托钵，只是今天这卡提那庆典简化了一些，只接受干粮。（注：这里常住的僧侣每日会在笨珍不同地区托钵接受供养，那时可以奉上不一定是干粮的食物饮品）
现场也有培群独中的学生作垃圾分类，餐具也有义工做清洗工作，减少使用一次性的餐具，还不错的。
卡提那当天也有不少泰裔缅甸裔穿上他们的传统服装，盛装出席。所以结缘品书本中也不少泰文经书，供泰国人领取。
卡提那庆典托钵仪式结束后，就是礼佛与开示。
12时许，卡提那庆典结束了，大家就抱着满满法喜的心情回家。第一次参与卡提那，感觉还蛮新奇的全新经验-明年有机会还会到来参与其盛。

对对，我也是不习惯在佛庙里面看着他们派发非素食，哈哈哈... 不习惯。
有一次看到有信徒供养一条蒸鱼，都不敢在佛寺里吃鱼。。
