There are still towns in Lithuania where old wooden buildings can be found.

Traditional region of Lithuania Aukštaitija, a dwelling house of two ends (gryčia), built in 1914.

Old homesteads, visually and comfortably situated in a hilly landscape, it is still affectionate, it shows the coherence of human and nature, simplicity the value, the unity of beauty and benefits, and the trace of the tradition.
