Good evening dear friends!
This is my entry for the contest #architecturalphotography by @juliank
Church of the Nativity of the Virgin - Orthodox church in the village of Podmoklovo, Serpukhov district, Moscow region.
The church was built in 1714-1722. The architect of the temple at the initial stage was Lorenz von Fikin, the main works on the construction of the temple were performed by Andrew Schultz. Works on decorative carvings and the creation of sculptures were performed by masters under the leadership of Ivan Afanasyev Zimin:
