Another leader of the Kargil War From Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

Education::

Service::
Thapar was appointed to the Army on 12th December 1998, and his appointment was in Rajput's Rifle Gwalior,Dehradun, Uttar Pradesh. They are involved in two major operations in their 2 year service.

Kargil war::
On the day of the 1999 Kargil war, Vijayan's with his two Rajput Rifle, he will perform this operation under the orders of the Superintendent of Police.
