Setting My Own Daily Challenge and Activities
Hello everyone,
I am thinking of ways to overcome my idle time. art blocks and lost of words, stress and overthinking. I decided to set these challenges that will run until the end of July, and if I'm happy with it I might consider to continue it every month. The challenges might change or not. It may follow a season or any celebration.
So here's my own list :

The objective of this challenge is to keep me away from overthinking and stressing over small things again. These past few days, my anxiety has visited me and has stayed with me to the point that I can't even concentrate on my work, my art and even in communicating. It is bothering me and is consuming my supposed to be productive time. I really can't concentrate.
I have read that relaxing and doing some art is a kind of therapy. So here I am submitting myself to the art world again.
