When The Day Passes By In The Blink Of An Eye!
Today’s painting made me believe for hours that I had many hours to complete it, since I am doing it for a friend. I looked out the window when I began laying down the colors and it was bright with clear blue sky and the next moment I looked outside I couldn’t see a damn thing. I panicked and looked at my phone if I had somehow slept in between and time had lapsed because it didn’t make any sense to me!
I have been so engrossed from the past month in improving my skills, increasing difficulty level of my practice illustrations, some side projects that I honestly felt burnt out today. But I was in no position to take a break and chill because I was on a deadline. It’s really hard to push yourself to work on those days when you are in desperate need of relaxation, when you don’t want to to think about work and simply lay in the comfort of your bed.
But it is also a feeling of contentment when you are able to do so and meet your goals at the end of the day :) I watched some good superhero movies beginning with deadpool 1 & 2. I generally like to watch hero stuff on days like these when I am in extra need of motivation!
