Fear is the worst thing exist in the mind, what can ruin your whole life, its enough to stop you to touch your dream. people think if they start a mission or work, it may bring some risk in the future and they stop. but why can't you think like if the risk will come, you have enough straight to face that. you can win the fear and achieve the goal. if you dream big then always be ready to face problems and fear. because fear is like your shadow until you are not brave inside.

A Little Story

Once a guy used to work in a software farm, he was the developer and designer of a BETA software. his boss told hi to make that the best, even he can use his own decision and design. he had 3 month on his hand. he tried complete that in basic way what he learned from his study. but he had some creativity inside. so after completing that software he showed that to the BOSS. but he declined, because that was too basic and ordinary. he get back to his desk, and started re-coding , and gave a new look. because he thought if he can't make that good, his job will not be with him and he used the trick Do or Die. after a week he went back to his Boss again, and this time his boss told him ''I just tried once to remove all fear from you, so i can have the best performance from my Developer''

Picture Description

Its just a paint what came from imagination. suddenly came something weird in my mind that a shadow is stuck in the glass and its trying to stop watching big dream. so i put that shadow (fear) inside the glass, so it can not stop people to achieve their target and watch dream. Fear is nothing. just learn how to avoid it. it will be vanished automatically.
