AWAKENING-May the forest be with you.
In the modern world, somewhere in a big city we are so lost in time, always in a hurry to reach the next goal, to accomplish everything on the to-do list, or success list. I am afraid that we have way too much electricity saved in our body. I remember it every time when my right-hand gets numb from working on a computer or after a phone call.
I created this video to show the spirit of the forest and our connection to it. Going back to nature even for just a few hours helps so much to find balance and peace, more inner harmony and clear the head.
If you find some time on the weekend go back to nature, that is where our real roots are.
