Symbology series of animals: Elephant 🐘

     Since ancient times the elephant has been considered a symbol of good luck and fortune and for its physical characteristics and personality, is associated with power, strength and the ability to overcome obstacles and break down barriers.

     It is associated with protection, that is why in many houses they place figures or images of elephants for home care.

     There are many characteristics that we human beings should adopt from elephants, such as patience, for example, tenacity and determination. These pachyderms are widely admired for their family sense, since they are faithful defenders of their pack and nothing breaks their determination to remain united, so they are also coined the attribute of responsibility.

     They are recognized for their longevity and good memory, they are able to preserve the wisdom they have gained in their lives, until the end of their days, and because of this they are respected by their descendants.

     Unlike the owl (to give an example), elephants are not associated with any negative qualifier, on the contrary, everything around them is positive.

     For some Asian cultures, elephants are venerated and considered divine beings.

     Even in the Hindu religion they reverence the Elephant God Ganesha, a deity with human body and elephant head , worshiped as an obstacle remover, patron of the arts, of the sciences and lord of abundance. It is also associated with power, stability and balance.

     Besides all these attributes, in my opinion, the elephants evoke great tenderness, although it seems unusual because of its enormous size, maybe it is because of its look, or I do not know if any other feature, but it is my consideration.
