My ordinary drawing on bokasana yoga
When we will practice this yoga , Our body has to be shaped like aigrette. It is known as Bokasana .
You have to stand upright.Both feet should be raised slightly by placing hands on the ground.
Raise hands and feet with head.Then lower the legs. We will practice two -three times .

It helps us to keep our hand spouse and nerves . It helps us to strength stomach . It removes us constipation .
It increase us more strength on leg and hand . It removes us leg and hand pain or arthritis . This yoga removes us from constipation disease . Infact it is very comfortable yoga for students .
