I love reading the artidote's post on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram because it makes me feel at ease or just by reading it makes me feel so calm. They were selling a shirt and has the word B R E A T H E but I couldn't afford it then, later on, I saw my friend changed her profile picture and she put a description of B R E A T H E
And for me, I think you need to breathe while you still can and of course, breathe when you are in the middle of your battle or when you are down. Because the word itself resound as rest; not all the time you need to exhaust yourself you need to give yourself a break too.
