People like honesty. But one vital component of honesty, is the ability to be comfortable with SAYING NO!

You should never say YES to everything... and to everybody!

please everybody is the surest way to die young...

Knowing how to say NO is therefore as important as knowing how to say YES.

BUT remember, it is all about balance....
... for there are some people who always have NO on their lips., whereby they make everything bitter.

SAYING NO does not need to be point-blank.
Learn to administer some hope along with it...
And at least, Let politeness make up for your refusal.
