Fountain resembles with grey hair

I saw this little fountain in the Victoria Center Leeds. If you see the flowing water it seems like a hair of dolls or old lady. I didn't capture this type of image of water before. the second number water pump resembles with white horse which we used to draw in childhood or may seen in the princess stories. It really spread beauty all around the shops which are located here. What you think, if same as me than please share your thoughts in the comments below.
