Autumn's Drapes | Pastel Perfect | Poetry
Fall is ushered in
with the freefall of leaves,
red, yellow, golden brown -
and as the leaves begin their
feisty float down,
the fierce gust whips past
and sweeps them away -
so the leafy crisps
are borne on the wings of
the wind.
