🎨Bird keeper/ watercolor work
Where do you keep your freedom, are you free or just living in illusion of it?
Do your freedom birds fly or you keep them tight to yourself?
Is anyone free, even those who think their freedom is measured with their account level, with pairs of shoes and cars...lovers, business levels, all those beautiful gadgets screaming at as from shop windows and screens..
This work comes as a product of that thinking and feelings.
Or is it like Dido says ...''no love without freedom, no freedom without love''
It's up to you how you will feel it and sense it, I just had to do it :)

Love the painting, but the message is even better. I think we are trapped by the things we accumulate and hoard. I used to follow an artist named Mitchell Tolle, he worked primarily in watercolors and is an amazing artist as well. Actually here is his website. https://mitchelltolle.com/

Very interesting hair shape, and red too! I like her vacant expression, and the intricate collar of her dress. The birds that connect to her give the picture a surrealistic touch.

Yes, hair is bit SF model :) and I am happy how she came out since I had pause in painting this piece...I was stucked in one moment and was afraid if I continue, I might ruin it. But at the end she came pretty good @scrawly :)

Yes, they do, but somehow here they represent our imagination or illusion of freedom we live. I am bit unhappy with general economic, social liberties and politics in my country...we believed in change and we are back again in position even worst than we were 18 years ago. I am just letting my emotions and disappointments on paper @yindeth :(
Love this one, @jungwatercolor ! There is something with a moxie in her expression, maybe it is her bright red hair colour, that gives her a bit of a spunky personality <3 The pose and birdy necklace is also very nice <3
