Whenever I travel, I'm always on the lookout for amazing street art. To my delight, I stumbled upon a group of chalk artists right in front of the National Art Gallery Museum. Everyday, talented artists draw chalk art in front of the steps of the National Art Gallery Museum. These artists start in the morning, and their artwork usually only lasts a whole day, before it is spray off with water. Then, they start a new piece the next morning. I've taken some photos for you all to enjoy!

My favorite piece was this polar bear by Andy! I got to chat with Andy, the artist, and learn about his passion for chalk art. He frequents this spot to put up spectacular work. If you want to check out other pieces he has made in the past, just look up the #andystreetartist. If you get a chance to visit this spot, please help support the local artists!

Here is another stunning piece. It is quite amazing what people can do with just chalk! I really like the concept that the beauty of these pieces are temporary. It makes seeing them in person feel even more precious. Life is just like that, enjoy the present because it is all we really have.

Greetings, Beautiful Karen

You were very charming in that picture. Pretty cool These paintings made that you put in the post. Here in Brazil, it's called Graffiti. There's a difference between graffiti and graffiti. In the first, someone does some kind of painting on the wall or on the floor to make the place more pleasurable to be seen. In the second, it is usually an action made by vandals who write something related to calling, rudeness, or something related to a political, economic, social opinion, but generally use rude words, then hinder the view of the site. This place creates prison. The hard part is getting caught doing so they do at dawn and in places where they do not have surveillance cameras for example....

Thank you for posting and have a good day!!!!

Beautiful... It's so necessary to support these artists as they create these beautiful pieces and ask nothing in return...
It's also an awesome thing to preserve some of the art using one's camera because it gets written off in one day only...

exactly! I couldn't agree more. It was so awesome meeting the local artist!

Is incredible all the talent that there is in the world, the bad thing is that sometimes it goes unnoticed. Is very important to achieve much more support for them, social networks and steemit are becoming an excellent platform to make known all these great artists.

Totally agree! :) spread the art and spread the love!

Great collection! 😍😘😗😙😚🤗🤗

when are you heading over to Amsterdam?

Sometime this week! :)

when are you heading over to Amsterdam

Too bad that their artworks would be washed off and are temporary but are stunning to see @karensuestudios. Great artists they are too and needs donations.
