Joy and Therapy in Making Glass Art
Making glass art has a wonderful way of
bringing joy and therapy to the artist.
It inspires you to be creative and to follow your imagination
by just doing what you think will work
- There's no other way to see if a thing works
than to do and see it for yourself. 🙂
Hanaoka, the glass artist in this video, is a testament to that
as he was able to use rice powder with a mild blue pigment, and mix it with glass
to make simple but elegant blue glass table pieces.
Who'd have thought that rice can be used as a coloring substance?
Oh, what man's ingenuity can do! 💕
Enjoy the video and I hope this inspires you to make art
and to experiment with as much materials and seek inspiration from all around you.
Remember - your imagination's the limit! 😀
