Star Wars custom dunny

Here is the Boba Fett custom dunny I painted a while ago. Dunny is another vinyl toy produced by Kidrobot like Munny, but it comes already painted in blind box with series of designs by various artist. They are traded, some are very rare and can reach high prices on Ebay
I use the toy for my own design. I first strip it off the original paint with acetone, sand it, prime and paint with acrylics. This one is based on character from Star Wars. I made it for a collector from USA.
This one required some sculptural work. I had to reshape the head to create a mask. I usually use Sculpey but I wanted something more durable and hard so I could carve very detailed and sharp edges. I used pieces of styrene glued with superglue and the gaps filled with Milliput. The backpack is sculpted with 2 parts epoxy putty called green stuff. You mix yellow and blue part and have 2 hours to shape it to the desired look. After that, it becomes hard and permanent. It sticks very well to the surface of the toy. This material is commonly used for sculpting miniatures for tabletop strategy games.
