That Thing You Didn't Know You Wanted To See Today Is Finished

@NoNamesLeftToUse here again and today I'm keeping things short and sweet.

This thing is complete!

You Didn't Know You Wanted To See This

I suppose I should say something.

Otherwise several hours of work gets thrown into the shitpost category.

So, yeah, there it is. Just some chaotic randomness pulled straight out of my brain and placed directly in front of your eyes.

Why would I do that? I don't know.

In other news:

This will be the third consecutive post of mine I refuse to vote for.

Why would I be so stupid? I don't know.

It's not like my whopping $1 vote is going to make whatever I'm working on somehow more important or better.

I'll try it out, see what happens, maybe use the extra voting power to give commentators more, to boost their curation reward. Don't tell anyone though. It's our little secret. I don't want my comment section jammed with those fake compliments we all see from time to time around this place.

I see how some get attention by stating in the title something like, "Come here! Do this, that, and the other thing! Then you'll get a vote from me!"

As soon as someone does that; nobody cares about the post, the message, or the one who published it. They just want the money so they act like sheep while the farmer throws grass clippings on their heads and watches them fight over it. It's disingenuous all around; not my cup of tea.

Anyway

Enough ramble out of me.

Maybe you liked the art, maybe not.

Have a nice day.

Pretty cool. What did you use to make it? Looks like something you would see in the intro of a DC comics or Marvel movie. Solid work

This was more of an experimental piece, but to be honest, much of my work is experimental. I made this in Krita. It's a free opensource digital art production suite.

I like it, but I'll probably work on this one more, later. There are some imperfections that still need work. Something I didn't notice until now. Oh well! That's life.

It's clean, fresh water running down into hell with a little devil watching on the right.

Anyway, nice post.

Is that really what you see, or are you just saying what you see because you think you see what you see?

I did want to see this finished. It needed the balance of fire and ice to give it some closure.
Re comment fluff, I'm with you. Recently tried seembounty but not sure if the results worked as intended. Most still didn't read my post and just left positive messages. To be honest I can't really blame them as any way to gather steem power these days seems fair game but next time I will reward most constructive comment with a gift and make no fanfare.

It was finished, until I noticed a couple of flaws. They're barely noticeable, but I'll still fix them down the road, before I start pushing the master through the printer world, whenever I decide to do that.

A lot of folks say nice things, which is fine, when I actually know them. There are two comments here, down at the bottom, vote farming. It's not hard to see who's being real. I don't reward generic compliments. True curators, hell yeah, I'll hook them up.

While it is true that I did NOT know that I wanted to see this today, I am glad to have seen it. Is that a response that you hoped? Even if not, still glad I saw it. It made me laugh, the writing bit about attention seekers, and the image is good too. A study in warm and cool with kitchen faucet, that's what I'm calling it my head anyway as I hang it in my imaginary gallery for a Steemit artists show ;)

That's certainly a better response than, "I've wasted my life seeing this today." Then again, I do appreciate honesty, even when it stings. To answer your question: It's probably best I don't hope for anything.

The art would automatically suck if I told people to come here and look so they could get a vote. Do you know how "popular" my art would be if I did that? I'd feel so dirty. Just throwing it up there with a strange, almost pointless title; that seems to work for me, because look! It's hanging there on your mind wall.

I do especially like this one. It's like a snapshot from an alchemical wedding.

Maybe I'll start doing more with a similar feel to them. In essence, all I've done is combined a few of my styles into one.

It's the ones that look like they're made of glass that always catch my eye, the translucent feel and mysterious light sources lead me into, through and behind the images with ease.

Nice shitpost. Have one of my $.001 upvotes.

Nice shitvote. That's what you get for delegating your SP away. Have one of my ten cent comment upvotes. That's what you get for me not selling mine.

I really like this one. It's like billows of colourful parachute cloth except somehow it's liquidy and transparent. Okay. Colourful parachute cloth billowing in the wind and being reflected in water.

Much like my previous post with the words, I can see this image bringing out all kinds of different responses. Just let yourself see what you want to see.

Fake compliment #1:

What's a good lookin' guy like you doing in a place like this?

Torturing myself, of course. Trying to go crazy so I can continue doing weird things that sometimes entertain people. I'd also like a few new wrinkles on my forehead and maybe some bags under my eyes.

Anything to keep all those women off your back, eh?

They get heavy.

I love this one. It is pretty. Most of the time there are images of distorted, eerie things that pop out of your art at me, and if I think on it I could spot them here too, but that isn't what pops out. This one actually looks kind of peaceful. Or maybe I'm just really tired.

The eeriness is there but this time around it's doing a finer job of blending in with it's surroundings.

Well you've got to have that eerie red in there - I don't think I would believe it was yours without it. I see a peaceful smile in the blue, and a scraped up face in the red. But the scraped up face doesn't look half so miserable as it would without that peaceful blue. Can't have one extreme without the other, but isn't it nice when they mingle well together?

I just dozed off before hitting post. I'll press it now and see if this comment makes any sense in the morning...

I'm forcing myself to stay awake. Ghost town effect is seemingly in full swing tonight, and I had a feeling it would be like this. I'm reading what you're saying, I hear what you see. That actually made sense.

I dont understand what you drew, i tried making sense of it or just place it to be something but i just cant. Perhaps you could tell us what inspired you into producing it. The colouring is attractive though.

Just some chaotic randomness pulled straight out of my brain

It's not really supposed to make sense, in that sense. It's just there to stimulate the eyes.
