My Dear Friends😍

The mosaic tile is the name of the art that I want to talk about today about him.🎨

The following work is an example of this hand art.

The art of ceramic tile is an example of the most eye-catching arts in which the student can embrace the frontiers of imagination and reality, and at the height of dreaming create a unique work in the real world that surprises others.

Equipment requirements:

Broken or tiled tiles
Pliers
Sanding
Mel powder
Stone powder
A little cement
Wood Glue
It's hard to say

Well, first, we print the original plan on a sheet and then transfer it with pencil or marker on the desired board, as shown below.

Then, we cut the tiles in the smallest size to the desired size; we round the tiled crushed tiles to tidy up their roughness, and give us something cleaner, and the sharpness of the edges is taken.

Now we stick the wood behind the tiles and put it like a puzzle on a drawing that's already drawn.

From the outer lines of the plan we draw, we begin to tile inwards.

When the entire work surface is filled with tiles, it takes 24 hours to dry the wood glue.

Then we prepare a mixture of molten powder and rock powders and a bit of half-half of the cement, and make it thoroughly with water, and fill it up, between the tiles and take it, then wait until it is completely dry To be At this stage, we perfectly smooth the ruggedness and edges of the edges that may be present in the work by pouring the mixture of powdered molten and cement.

Now with a semi-wet wiping cement, clean the cement so that our design is visible, make sure the work is completely dried, then clean the cement, so that there is no groove between the tiles.

سلام دوستان استیمی من
کاشی معرق اسم هنری هست که امروز درباره اش میخوام باهاتون صحبت کنم
هنر کاشی سرامیک نمونه ایی از چشم نواز ترین هنرهایی هست که هنرجو با استفاده از آن میتواند مرزهای خیال و واقعیت را درنوردد و در اوج رویاپردازی اثری منحصربفرد در دنیای واقعی خلق کند که دیگران را شگفت زده ‌کند 🎨

لوازم مورد نیاز:
کاشی های شکسته یا خرده کاشی
انبر
سنباده
پودر مل
پودر سنگ
کمی سیمان
چسب چوب
سخته سه لا
طرح برای الگو

خب ابتدا طرح اولیه را روی برگه پیرینت گرفته و سپس با مداد یا ماژیک روی تخته مورد نظر انتقال میدهیم.
سپس کاشی ها را در ابعاد کوچک برش زده تا به اندازه دلخواهمان در بیایید ؛ دور تا دور کاشی های خرد‌ شده را سنباده کشیده تا ناهمواری های آنها برطرف شود و هم کاری تمیز تر به ما بدهد هم تیزی لبه ها گرفته شود
.حالا پشت کاشی ها چسب چوب زده و مثل پازل روی طرحی که از قبل کشیده اییم قرار میدهیم
از خطوط بیرونی طرحی که کشیدیم به سمت داخل شروع به چیدن کاشی ها میکنیم
وقتی تمام سطح کار با کاشی ها پر شد ۲۴ ساعت زمان میدهیم تا چسب چوب خشک شود.
سپس مخلوطی از پود مل و پود سنگ و کمی سیمان به اندازه نصف نصف اماده آماده میکنیم و با آب بصورت رقیق درست کرده و روی کار می ریزیم که بین کاشی ها پر شود و روی کارو بگیره، در این مرحله صبر میکنیم تا کاملا خشک شود در این مرحله ناهمواری ها و تیزی های لبه های کار که ممکنه در کار وجود داشته باشد با ریختن مخلوط پودر مل و سیمان کاملا یکدست میشود
حالا با یک دستمال نیمه مرطوب سیمانها را تمیز کرده تا طرح ما نمایان شود دقت کنید کار کاملا خشک شده باشد بعد سیمانهای اضافه را تمیز کنید که شیار بین کاشی هد بوجود نیاید
و در اخر میتوان از این روش برای خلق تابلوهای زیبا یا دور قاب عکس یا حتی آیینه دیواری هم استفاده کرد
