Thinking about the Taraxacum officinale ^_^
Yesterday I wrote here about a collaboration with my friend Cecilia (she's an herborist) to illustrate an Oracle card deck about the wild plants and today I started to work on some sketches about the first plant : the Taraxacum Officinale (also known as common dandelion).
This plant is very common in my area and it's used as a medical herb and also as food (for example, the leaves are good in salad ^_^).
While my friend will work on the description of that plant and on the use of it, I have to work to represent it in y own style. Because of this, today I sketched one of my Ladies with a Taraxacus flower as a crown and the seeds are flying all around her.
In the nex days I'll work on a painting from this sketch , so stay tuned ^_^

Another side project I see @silviabeneforti I like the flower dress the most, but the flower crown is a good edition.
