Drew something today, something strange, spooky, fictional, cute, really interesting thought process on this one. I present to you THE DECIDER:
It is a lonely space entity that is cursed with ending populations in the vast universe. One sad emotional creature whose sole existence is to end life. The strange thing here is that over the millennia The Decider came to love all living things and now, he just floats in all his enormous form and watches...
He caries his small gun (not to us) the matter vaporizer and cleans it from time to time just to let himself know of what was his original purpose was. Now he is just lonely and cuddly, watching over and kicking ass out of meteors!
I am trying to get over some stuff in my life, and draw for living, still struggling because it is kinda hart to pull it off but, these help a lot! And I just want to thank you all people for nice words and encouragement!
Here's the process:
The original idea and sketch drawn in Photoshop with a drawing pad. Basic lines here and the thoughts coming around, the creature is born and ready to deal with it's existence. Here comes the part with thinking over the whole idea and continuing with the lines
Going in with the shadows and more ink and inky lines, wanted tho show you the begging of this, not just the full ink part, I think it is more interesting this way :D
Adding the background and stars, space, comets, and one important part, heart! Doing base color and preparing the piece for the final work.
Added some shadow work here, did not want to overdo it, happy how it turned out!
