Have you made any of these into an animated gif? It is easy to do in photoshop. Here is a simple color cycling animated gif. It would work great with your artwork.
Yeah, i've making very basic experiments... need much calculations for more frames :)
So I postponed that for when it's clear what is really best..to animate..

There you go! Awesome! You have a ping pong effect. Very cool. I have also been experimenting with looping frames with color-cycling to get this effect. Getting the loops seamless is a bit tricky though.
