Some kind of liquid volume measuring device for medicine or something completely else. I have no idea what could it be. Of course it cannot be a tea set. :)

So you are sure it's a set? It must have carried something very valuable, I can make out the horses heads on the lid but not what is joining the 2 figures and forming the handle. Some liquids become solids at a certain temperature so it may not have even been for a liquid.
An eye-catching set of dispensing jugs and measuring containers, I suppose bronze, elegantly carved and ornamented. Maybe it was, as you say, to dose some kind of medicinal liquid or ritual. Curious that it has several horse heads on the top and even -I think- the dispenser.
What an interesting piece. Unquestionably it must be a doser of some kind of important liquid. Beyond the measuring containers, I am impressed by the jar, the way it is carved or made. Surely a container worthy of a king or an activity that requires a lot of precision. Greetings, @velimir

Yes you are true. It can not be a tea set. Sizes are different. Big to small or small to big. But surely it is for family members. For children to Adult. At least size shows that. Or it may be wine jar for different price. Small price to Big price. Any ways it is amazing thing.
