The Colosseum, Rome

Almost 2000 years ago, the so-called Flavian Amphitheater housed 50,000 people during shows with gladiator fights, prisoners and wild animals. Today these sound chilling, but it was incredibly part of the fun in Ancient Rome.

Today, the coliseum is the main icon of Italian capital. I had the opportunity to visit it and I can tell you that it has an impressive construction.
