Today’s painting has been one of my favorite, if not most favorite paintings to work on. There were plenty of colors to choose from mostly ranging from blue to green. I wish to see views so colorful like these someday, in person. Like the northern and southern lights. That is probably on the top of my bucket-lists when experiences are considered. I imagine mind blowing views with a little bonfire and friends/family to watch them with. 🙂
Have any of you witnessed them and what was your experience like? I know this painting has probably nothing to with auroras and stuff but the colors always take my mind there hahah call it obsession if you will ;) This also made me miss a trek in the himalayas last year which was beautiful in its own way.
I did see northern lights once, I actually managed to get some kind of a photo of it with my smartphone.
Was hanging with my friend next to our old elementary school when we saw green pulsing light in the sky, not as spectacular as in many photos, but that is probably because I live in South-Finland; they are much more visible and occur more often in the northern parts of the country.
I am SO jealous lol. Views like these is where you live? Must have looked beautiful!

It was a one time lucky spot, but yes, that's where I live. But like said, they're much more common in Lapland, Northern Finland, though it's also cold out there :P
