Inktober day 26
Greetings steemians
It is November already but those of you that read my posts know very well that I'm still struggling with inktober challenge ;) hope to finish soon.
The word for day 26 is
stretch
This is what happens when you have too many kids and too few octopuses ;)
that image is the first thing that popped in my mind after reading the word 'stretch' :)
Once more done with pentel brushpen, I'm slowly getting more confidence with it. it's really a great tool for inking as it lets you control the line weight, though it's no easy task.
now for
process
since brush pen is tricky to handle I've decided to do pencil sketch to begin with
And a little detail. the terror in cephalopod's eyes

That poor octopus ! He is no match for those kids !!! You should get a St Bernard dog for a nanny instead, I heard they are much better at it :D

Awww poor octopus! I hope the children don't harm it permanently, but they seem like they don't consider its well being at all.
Very lovely art, longer, I like that your characters are always so expressive :).
No, they don't consider the consequences of their actions yet I'm afraid.
My characters are based on real life expressive models, so there's no way around that ;)
