In life, we may be holding on to bad memories that affect even our loved ones.
These bad memories may be the past but we may still be holding on to them with bitterness and hatred leading to negativity in everything in our surrounding.
We may still be holding on to bad memories like how we hold a cup that was once filled with our favourite drink but an insect dropped into from the ceiling.
We are angry because we cannot consume our favourite drink anymore.
If we choose to hold on to a dirty cup of drink, we cannot use it for new ones.
We need to pour away the dirty drink and wash the cup.
We can fill the cup with a new drink rather than staying angry with the past.
We can look back to bad experience or memories. These memories are good lessons of our individual life that helps us to avoid getting into the same situation again.
