We can put a hand down and let another hand be placed on top of it.
How many of us will place one hand over another regularly?
Do we know how to comfort ourselves when we face with sadness?
Sadness may not have any sympathy for us but we need to learn how to comfort ourselves.
Put one hand over another to pat ourselves and tell ourselves that everything is going to be fine.
Comfort ourselves and stay strong in times of difficulties.
Keep our minds sound and hold on to our logic and different possibilities.
Situations that have happened cannot be turned back in time.
Mistakes that we have made cannot be reversed.
Comfort ourselves and forgive ourselves.
We should continue our journey by knowing that there can be a better tomorrow after a good cry and comfort ourselves with a pat.
May we stay strong and learn how to comfort ourselves when no one else is giving us any.
