Aspargus with truffle hollandaise

In germany we have aspargus season at the moment andthats why I decided to go to the farmers market to buy some. Additionaly I bought some truffle hollandaise which matched really great with the aspargus from Beelitz!

Its sad that you can only get good aspagus in this moment of the year but hey, thats a good reason to eat a lot of them ;)
