Could you please give me some advice for the be a youtuber ? :)

Special situations for me;

1- I don't want to show my face. (My employer doesn't allow making another job, I can't take that risk right now because of that reason.)
2- I've a good system for the rendering and gaming.
3- Last one, I'm a shy guy :)
