Meet Rocky

Hello Steemians! I have been waiting to introduce you all to Rocky! And what better place than the Abandoned Shit Weekly Contest!

Rocky hangs out in his abandoned Model T just outside of Great Basin National Park in Nevada. He's there rain, shine or snow and never complains.

I took these photos in April this year. The snow covered mountain in the distance is Wheeler Peak rising up to just over 13,000 ft in elevation. Snow is recorded there every month of the year, which means hiking it is best in the summer months

Also along this road are the Lehman Caves. If your into caves, this one is worth checking out. It is big enough to have had racous parties there over 100 years ago. Someone even filmed an adult movie there

So if your ever in the area, Rocky will be there as the gatekeeper of the Great Basin to greet you. He's always in a good mood no matter what!
