Unfortunately, some places put down animals that aren't the first to be picked or because they aren't the friendliest of dogs. I never believed that dogs that aren't very social and happen to be bad tempered is their fault and only theirs. I have always believed it comes down to the previous owners being cruel and treating them like wild animals. In return they grow to be aggressive and violent with people and other pets.

If one wants a happy and friendly dog, one must raise it around humans and other canines from birth. Some dogs don't need to be trained at such an early age because their genetics aren't one to be cautious about but dogs that were bread to be guard dogs and working dogs tend to be a little more ill tempered and territorial.

Love and dedication can conquer any dog and get them to be happy and social.
