The Bank of Neoxian: February 2019 update, APR: 6.25%

It's time for my monthly bank report.

The current APR is still 6.25%

I had two rather large deposits this month: 1300 steem from sevenwilson and a whopping 2000 steem from zaku. Thanks guys for your trust! So now I'm flush with cash to loan, so that's good, but I need to make sure I'm actually loaning out money to cover their interest. Hopefully I shouldn't have too much trouble doing that.

In the Whaleshares front, there was a small disruption in business regarding the V2 interface: it's been troublesome to change one's keys, which is important for my loans. One loan got delayed for about 5 days, but I did work out a solution, and I'm still open for business in Whaleshares.
