The Moonwalking Bank of Neoxian: daily contracts: 2018-10-11
This post contains three contracts.
EDIT: In spite of signing the deal @icosandwhich wimped out and backed out at the last minute, um whatever.
(Keep in mind I have the person review the contract first in hackmd before it ever touches the blockchain.)
The Bank of Neoxian shall loan the sum of 500 steem to @icosandwhich. They promise to repay 550 steem. They shall pay 91.666 steem per week until 550 steem is reached (six weeks expected). The first payment shall be Oct 26th, 2018.
@icosandwhich shall hereafter be known as the lendee…
To insure payment of this loan, the lendee promises to hand over their Owner key(s) to the bank. The bank will give back new active and posting keys to the lendee. The lendee affirms that the owner key(s) are given voluntarily and their account(s) are not stolen. They promise not to initiate the Stolen account recovery procedure.
The lendee agrees that if the Bank decides to change the active key(s) and keep them private, this does not constitute of breach of contract.
Lendee also consents to Bank changing the trustee if the Bank so chooses.
The Lendee promises not to power down the account(s) to the point where the collateral would be less than the loaned value.
Owner key(s) will be returned upon successful completion of loan.
The Bank of Neoxian shall loan the sum of 60 SBD to @direwolf. He promises to repay 65 SBD by Nov. 2th, 2018.
@direwolf shall offer up the following Steem Monster cards as collateral:
level 2 elemental phoenix, level 1 Spirit of the forest and level 1 Angel of light, Level 4 Malric inferno, Level 3 Serpentine Soldier, Level 2 Serpent of the flame and a Level 2 Fire Demon
all alpha non-gold1 gold Crustacean King, 1 gold Pirate captain, 1 gold Sabre shark, 1 gold Frozen soldier, 2 gold Flesh Golems, 1 gold Silvershield knight, 1 gold Animated corpse, 1 gold Haunted spider
all alpha and gold
These cards shall be returned when the loan is complete.
The Bank of Neoxian shall loan the sum of 500 steem to @chronocrypto. He promises to repay 650 steem. The @chronocrypto account is shall power down directly to the Bank (@neoxian) to pay this loan (as well as an existing loan).
The Bank retains the Owner key of @chronocrypto and shall return it when this loan is complete.
