World economy at risk of another financial crash, says IMF
The global economy is at risk of another meltdown acording to the IMF.
With debt levels above 2008, we could see the failure of banking reform trigger another crisis.
A lot of the risk lies in the shadow banking system which falls outside the realm of regulators. Over the past decade, much was done to shore up the traditional banking sector. China is especially at risk from shadow banking.
