The Steem BlockChain seems to be a good start toward UBI...at least in concept.
Now take that idea, modify as necessary....and run with it

mannabase is a good start to addressing the problem of extreme poverty. they help set an example and show that with a little effort somethingcan be done.
Manna is on the very, very leading edge. I hate the idea of government UBI as I think it's time for this government and system to be out, and I think UBI would strengthen it. Crypto UBi is the very leading edge idea for humanity.
