Hello, for people who already have a Steem account, they can use their Steem username and password to login Partiko directly.
For people who don't have Steem accounts, you can let them use partiko as the invite code to get a Steem account!
Will this still count for getting referral rewards?

As long as the person clicks on your referral link on the same device he/she ends up installing the app, that person will be counted and you will get referral reward!
