I was doing volunteer work at HSBC Rugby over a weekend in May on Saturday and Sunday. I started with Saturday afternoon arriving at the Sports Hub.

Further in, the fridge with the drinks, a TV screen which was show the games being played and a massage chair.

After that, I headed to my station but was still early and went to walk around. I saw some nice classic cars. More of that in this previous post.

Here is gate 1 where the West End bar was opened for people to go in and have beer and watch the games.

I went in for a quick look and see people having their own rugby game like in the past.
我进去很快瞄了一下看见跟以前一样。有些人开始他们自己的球赛。
I went into the seating area and have a look. Yes, you can get your beer and stout there inside too.
我走进坐区看看。是的，那里也能买到啤酒和黑啤。
Going back to the inside the gate 1 area, there was playground set up for the little ones.
回到第一闸门的区内了，有个位小朋友准备的游乐场。
Outside gate one now and continued to walked further down.

I saw the Info Booth which was my work station last year.
我看到了质询亭。 这是我去年的工作站。
This area was set up to attract the kids.

Kungfu Panda was leaving the stage as I came.

There was also a photo booth there.

Yes, same spiderman as the one I saw in the techshow.

I didn't investigate much of this but I thought it was for some Monster Jam event.

I saw a the big boys sharing the ball with new friend. :-)

What was Grab doing there? I asked some guy later. Actually, they setup to help foreigners who don't have the Grab app to hail ride while they wait here for the ride to arrive.

Time to go to my station to do some work.

At break time, I was able to have some laksa. Nice.

Then this was my dinner. I got enough fiber. Then next day on Sunday, it was mostly the same but I was doing the morning shift.

Looks like a great way to spend a weekend lots to do and many people to talk to :)
I did have to deal with a lot of people that weekend.
It can be interesting but also annoying at times :)
