The berries are almost ripe. Have you eaten elderberry jam? It is delicious!

It’s many years since I had elderberry Jam - but it is delicious. My grandparents used to make elderflower champagne - that made me laugh as a young boy as occasionally the bottles would just pop their corks randomly and fizz all over. !COFFEEA
