Beer Tasting - Cider ('Buzdovan Jabuka+Bazga' by OPG Irena Perčić Brewery)

We are seeing raising wedge playing out to the despair of most of us. Volume keeps going down and so does the price. Maybe take some time off until it goes above 8k again, if you don’t want to live on the exchange. Use the time to try something sweeter!

Unless we see some magnificent out of the blue action, we are in for some more grinding. Raising wedge played out to the downside and that break took me out. Volume was decreasing, until the break, textbook really. I hope you got out early enough if you are day trading.

It doesn’t show on the pictures, but my city is steaming hot. Warm and humid, the worst combination. I wish more of the riverside weather that we saw yesterday at Plitvice Lakes. I’ll do a short review tomorrow!

Appearance	Straw. Clear. Traces of white head
Aroma	A mix of elder and apple aromas with some basement barrel.
Taste	Intense green apples with elder juice trying to subdue it. Very sweet with sour undertones.
Palate	Fuller body than i imagined it. Medium carbonation. Sticky sweet aftertaste with natural aromas.

Overall	I rarely take ciders but i have no complaints here. Not a big fan of sugar so I'd add less if this is not natural occurrence. All in all, a great alcoholic juice!
