What this means is; dilemma in a choice, and a faulty condition.
Simalakama fruit is the fruit of the crown of gods tree ,a plant that grows on the island of Papua Indonesia.
In scientific language this plant is called Phaleria macrocarpa.
This fruit is the same as the so-called proverb.
Besides for drugs, wrong in use can be a disease.
This fruit has seeds that contain toxins.
If we eat directly, can cause drunkenness, fainting, seizures, swelling in the mouth, and canker sores.

The fruit of the crown of the god is usually processed into ingredients of medicinal herbs.
Some parts of these plant organs, such as leaves, flesh and fruit skins have properties to treat diabetes, hepatisis, and gout.
In the leaves and bark of this plant contains minerals such as saponins, alkaloids, flavinoids, and polyphenols that can cure the disease.

To overcome diabetes, we can use this plant by thinly slicing 5 flesh crown of gods.
Then boiled with 5 glasses of water and wait until the cooking water remaining 2 glasses.
After that filter and drink regularly 3 times a day.

For gout disease, we need additional materials such as; 15 grams of roots rhombifolia, dry andrographis 10 grams and 5 grams of the crown of gods.
After the ingredients are complete, boil all the ingredients with 5 glasses of water and wait until the cooking water remaining 3 glasses.
After that strain and drink before meals 3 times a day on a regular basis.
