She passed through glory’s morning gate and walked in paradise

I talk to many people, but rarely I get impressed and attached to a very few and it's very rare too. When that happens the person has to be very interesting. Today, I am here to talk about a girl whom I have never met in my life and not unfortunately won't ever be able to meet also.

Our generation is a social media generation. We get to meet many people here. In the same way one Instagram profile caught my attention. Her name was Chetna Pandit. She is a biker too and and more over she is a motorcycle coach, who train girls to ride motorcycle. My sister wanted to learn motorcycle and I contacted Chetna. She too was very excited to teach my sister and they decided to meet. After two days my sister sent me pictures and videos of her riding the bike with full confidence, all thanks to the magic of Chetna.

Reason I am sharing this story is because unfortunately Chetna committed suicide yesterday 😔
No one knew what she was going through. She used to meet and greet each and every person with a smiling face.

Most of us talk about physical fitness, but mental health is equally important. Whenever people come up with their problems instead of judging them, try to understand them or help them to overcome that problem. Try to either give a solution or be a support to that person.

It's not too late, we lost one beautiful known soul today, be the change and bring the change. Create awareness about anxiety and depression and help people so that we don't lose our friends and family due to this.
