Black Skimmers at Siesta Beach on this day.

I was not expecting to see Black Skimmers at Siesta Beach on this day (June 7) as I'd heard the big Colony left Lido Beach, to head to South America, though maybe there are some stragglers there too... but on this morning I saw at least 20 Black Skimmers, including adults and juveniles, skimming their way along a very large Tidal Pool a distance from the beach... so I'm guessing there weren't any fish in that pond but practice they did!
