Hermit Thrush - Birds of Northern California #25

Hermit Thrush (Catharus guttatus) is a medium sized North American thrush. I think they are year round residents but we are also on migratory routes so its hard to tell. Although not colorful, I like the attractive pattern on its breast.

I can't remember the last time that I saw a hermit thrush. It is been many many years. Great photos.
