The lesser whitethroat (Sylvia curruca)

Due to the fact that this bird looks like a The common whitethroat, I decided to ask a question on the definition of the species of this bird to specialists.
A couple of people said that it was a The common whitethroat, but there was a specialist (doctor ornithologist by profession), in which this bird lived at home, and told the characteristic signs by which one can distinguish these two species.

The common whitethroat (on photo above) have "scales" on the wing, the mandible is not so dark, the beak is larger and the head is of a different shape.
However, no one even mentioned the color of the legs! The color of the leg of these birds is different.

Birdie cheerfully and energetically jumping on the various branches and pieces of wood, which arrived to the river bank. She looked under them and looked for insects. Generally, for the first time I see this bird here.
